Direct reports in the engineering function at ODAS Skolkovo in 2014–2017, alongside roughly 50 contractor staff. The innovation centre's built area is 2.5M m² — that figure describes the site, not a personal operating remit.
AIFM
A building-level platform for technical operations management. The whole cycle was done personally: rethinking the BIM FM approach, FM methodology, architecture, logic, requirements, UX, prototype and code.
