Practical training for executives and engineering teams

Sessions are built on real working tasks: a work request, a specification, a comparison of contractor bids, meeting minutes, checking an answer against source documents. One live task teaches more than a survey of twenty AI tools.

I run sessions alongside my main role: online or in person, at an agreed time, including evenings and weekends.

What this is based on

The qualification «Psychologist. Lecturer in psychology» — higher education diploma, 2009.
A mentoring programme in technical operations for directorate staff at ODAS Skolkovo, 2014–2017.
Individual work with a project manager at VDNKh in September 2026: a review of their real tasks, after which they use Claude in their work. That is one personal result, not an AI rollout across an organisation.
My own industry MVPs — AIFM and KliMenedzher: methodology, architecture and code were written personally, so the sessions are not second-hand.

Price follows a conversation about the task and an agreed scope. Before the start we separately fix the number of participants, preparation effort, the feedback format, travel and the rights to materials. Recording sessions and reusing a course are not automatically included.
